You can easily update your contact preferences directly from your profile settings and have full control over how we stay in touch with you.
To update your contact preferences, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account on our platform.
- Navigate to My account section.
- Scroll down to Contact Preferences.
- Make the desired changes to your preferences and click on Update Preferences.
Once you update your contact preferences, please allow up to 24 hours for the changes to take effect. During this time, you might still receive communications based on your previous settings. Rest assured, after this period, all updates will be fully implemented.
