In order to get your account verified for redemption, we will need the following documentation:
- The front of your photo ID, clearly showing all 4 corners of the ID and your date of birth.
- The back of your photo ID, clearly showing all 4 corners of the ID and your date of birth.
- We also accept a copy of your current passport
- A copy of proof of address, this can be a recent utility bill or bank statement that clearly shows your full name, address, and the date it was sent.
Note that proof of address cannot be a cell phone bill or screenshot, must be no more than 3 months old, and must match the name and address registered to your account.
We cannot accept screenshots of online bills or statements, but we can accept downloadable PDF files.
