To submit a postal entry, you’ll first generate a unique code in your Mrs Maple account, then you’ll mail it to us on a postcard with the required details. Postal entries are reviewed and processed once every 2 weeks (fortnightly).
What to include on your postcard
Please write the following exactly as shown on your Mrs Maple account:
- Full name (as registered on your account)
- Address (as registered on your account)
- Email address (as registered on your account)
- Your Postal Entry code
And include the following statement written IN CAPS & BLACK INK:
“I WISH TO RECEIVE FREE SWEEPSTAKES COINS IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES PROMOTIONS OFFERED BY MRS MAPLE. IN SUBMITTING THIS WRITTEN REQUEST, I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND SWEEPSTAKES RULES AS SET OUT ON THE MRS MAPLE WEBSITE.”
Helpful tips to avoid delays
- Make sure all details are clear and readable.
- Your details must match your account information exactly (name, address, email).
