Why don't I hear any sound in the game?

If the game's running but you can’t hear anything, here are a few things to check:
  1. Check the game audio setting (look for a speaker/music icon and make sure it isn’t muted)
  2. Check your device volume (and make sure it’s not muted)
  3. If you’re using headphones, unplug/replug them and test without them
  4. Check your browser tab/site sound (the tab may be muted — unmute it and try again)
  5. Restart your browser or device
If you still can’t get sound, contact Customer Support and let us know your device + browser, and the game name.
