If your Coins haven’t appeared yet, it’s often just a short delay (especially during busy periods or if there’s a temporary network issue). In most cases, your balance updates automatically within a few minutes.
A quick thing to double-check: not all Coin packs include free Sweeps Coins (SC). Packs that include free SC are clearly marked with a gold coin banner showing the SC amount.
- The $1.99 and $7.99 packs typically do not include free SC.
- If your pack didn’t have the banner, your purchase likely credited correctly — it just didn’t include free SC.
If you’re still not seeing the Coins you purchased (GC/SC), please message Support and include:
- The date/time of the purchase
- The amount
- The transaction ID (if available)
